Home where my parents lived when I was born. Information found on birth certificate, looked it up on a recent trip to San Diego. Place is still standing 50+ years later.

    I have also connected with the past. I am living in the house, built by my Dad in the early 50's, in Paradise CA!

      Thanks for your comment, Judy. Wow, so much history much be in your home. I've been to Paradise, many years ago, on a choir tour. Our former pastor retired there. He called it Paradise 1. :)

    That's great to be able to find your parent's home. It really brings home a sense of nostalgia and connection. One year I went back to find the house where I lived until my parents divorced when I was 6 or 7. My goodness - it had shrunk over time!!! Not sure how that happened. But from the eyes of a six-year-old, it looked like a palace!
